MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Record and process reservation made by phone/fax/mail
Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business
Accept wait list reservations
Process amendments to reservations such as extensions , early departures, etc.
Manager "no show " reservation by investigation and recording of same
Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions
Liaise with Front Office Manager or Finance Manager for all reservations requiring credit approval
Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates
Prepare reservation sale reports.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

13 Month salary & Annual review based on actual performance
06 working days & 01 day-off per week & 12 days-off per year.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers , employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel , the brand and the Hotel
Problem solving and organizational abilities .
Proficient in the use of computer
Good English , strong communication & service mind.
Qualifications:
Hotel & Sale background is preferred
Passionate about working in a dynamic hotel environment.
Economy university or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management , Business Adminstration , or related field is the strong point
